Total Freedom  

The Total Freedom coaching program was created for those individuals who are ready to create a major shift in their life and give themselves the maximum support to learn much more quickly than they would on their own, implement changes easily and remove once and for all the obstacles that have interfered with their sense of freedom.

Program Length

This is a private one-on-one 9-month coaching program. You may use the coaching sessions in any way that serves you best. The recommended scheduling is 3 calls per month.

• 1, 60 minute Discovery Session
• 27 Individually tailored 30 minute coaching calls
• 3 Powerful 1 hour “Transformation Sessions" for when you are stuck in a major way, to help you turn the bigger obstacles into miracles
