Five years ago I was introduced to the idea of living prosperously through a course I was taking. I was instantly intrigued with the idea that if I put my positive attention on something I desired I could attract it into my life. I learned that living prosperously—true abundance-- included health, happiness, peace, love, fulfillment and unlimited possibility. I learned that if I adopted an attitude of gratitude and let go of resentments, worry, guilt and fears that I could realize my desires. I learned that when I felt light, free and joyful life would feel better and I would be more open to receiving the abundance the Universe had waiting for me, whatever that might be.
I began the practice of tithing, an ancient practice of giving ten per cent of your income to a worthy cause or an entity where you feel spiritually fed. This practice helped me to let go of clinging to and worrying about money. A few weeks after I started this process I had two huge business opportunities come my way and money in small amounts showed up out of nowhere. I started an “Unexpected Money” account at my bank. I have discovered over the years that letting go of my fears around money brings more of it to me. Tithing is only one way to let go of money fears.
Something else I noticed was that every prosperity book I read had a section or chapter on bringing order to one’s life. Well now, as an Organizer Coach this fascinated me, but I thought it made perfect sense. I knew that when I let go of my stuff I always felt lighter and freer. As I started to work with people to help them organize their spaces I began to hear stories of how much better their whole lives had become once they let go of the burden of all their stuff and created workable systems for finances and other areas of their life.
There is much written about prosperity, but very little about how being organized will help you create abundance. Clearing The Way To Prosperity is the perfect marriage of prosperity principles and organizing practices.

Prosperity and abundance are part of the natural flow of life. Generally, you tend to view abundance and prosperity in terms of quantity not quality. You have been conditioned to believe that the more you have or own the more abundant and prosperous you are.
Prosperity and abundance are not about having more money or things. Prosperity and abundance are a way of being, a consciousness and a connection to the wholeness of creation. We all have the potential for prosperity and abundance in our lives; it is the natural order.
When you think in terms of quantity—more of something—it can set you up to come from a place of lack, a belief that you don’t have enough. When you feel that you don’t have enough, you will cling to whatever it is you think you don’t have enough of because it gives you a sense of security. However, the act of clinging creates a false sense of security and works to block the natural flow. The only way out of lack thinking is to let go of old ideas that no longer serve you, let go of clinging.
